General Return Policy
At Adonis&Venus, we take pride in offering high-quality products. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns for lingerie and underwear items. However, we understand that preferences may change for casual dresses. Here are the details of our return policy:
- Lingerie and Underwear Items (No Return):
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for lingerie, undergarments, or intimate apparel. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before placing your order.
- Casual Dresses (No Return for Change of Mind):
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for casual dresses due to a change of mind. We encourage you to choose your dresses carefully and refer to our size guides and product descriptions to make an informed purchase.
- Return Process for Casual Dresses:
- Damaged or Defective Casual Dresses:
If you receive a damaged or defective casual dress, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:
If you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will rectify the situation and ensure you receive the correct items as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Aside from these conditions, there are products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
- Digital items
- Personalized items
- After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met::
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
If a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges.
